Therapy has evolved over the years, it is much more dynamic and we know that most people don’t want to sit and talk session after session with no resolution.  Often I hear people say that they have tried therapy before and it has not been ‘good’.  If you are wondering what might be different ‘this time’… I can offer this- my style is interactive, collaborative, and non-judgmental.  I tailor my approach to each individuals specific needs and concerns.  I have extensive training in multiple modalities so that allows me to offer a different lens to ‘healing and growth’.

Much of my work is with individuals that are going through a rough patch: usually depression, phase of life concerns, poor or limited relationships and/or a combination of these.

Individual therapy begins with the ability to identify goals and measurements so you can identify progress. It may be a few sessions or it may be a longer period of time. We will work together to develop a reasonable plan.
